Karen Callahan is a Board Certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. She completed an internship and residency at the UAB Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Callahan served on the faculty at UAB's Department of Psychiatry and completed a child fellowship there. She was a staff psychiatrist in Meridian, Mississippi from 1997 to 2005 and has joined Grayson & Associates. She is on the medical staff at Trinity Medical Center (formerly Baptist Medical Center- Montclair).
