Prior to joining Grayson and Associates, he helped develop and implement psychological services at an outpatient chronic pain management program at Cooper Green Hospital in Birmingham. Dr. Flournoy has experience in evaluating and treating a wide range of psychiatric difficulties in adults that include depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, and addiction. He also has interests in health psychology and in performing psychological evaluations for ADHD and learning disabilities.
